Shipping your products
Orders shipped via USPS will typically ship the next business day.
However, this is not guaranteed.
Orders will be shipped Priority Mail, and Special Offers and FREE Shipping via
First Class, or Media Rate.
USPS will typically arrive in 3-7 days. Alaska and Hawaii may take longer.
Lots To Learn products can only be shipped within the Unites States at this time, and can not ship to P.O. Boxes.
Orders to APO/FPO will also be shipped via USPS.

Returns Policy:
Unopened items in the original packaging may be returned to us for an exchange or refund within 30 days of your receiving the product. All returns must be accompanied by the receipt and/or packing slip.
Please check DVD for smudges, dust, hair etc, prior to contacting us. Most defects can be traced to handling of the DVD, and can be corrected through mild cleaning.
Lots To Learn is not responsible for returns that are lost during shipping. Therefore, we recommend using an Insured or trackable method when returning a product.
Shipping and handling fees cannot be refunded unless the return is due to our error.
