My wife and I sat with our 2 year-old daughter Erin to watch the "Lots To Learn" Toddler DVDs. It wasn't long before she jumped off the couch and actively participated in counting, color and shape recognition and reciting the alphabet.

She also loved to clap, jump and twirl around during the kids exercise portion of these videos. She showed no interest in other educational children videos, but has progressed so much after watching Lots To Learn about 3-4 times.

Kids can't get enough of it, including Buster the Puppy, a fun puppet that the kids try to find throughout the video.

Definitely more engaging and educational than Baby Genius, Einstein etc, in that I feel those are simply moving toy images set to classical music.

Lots To Learn is something I actually sat and shared with my kids, and loved watching them and interacting with what happened on-screen. Alphabet, Exercise, Counting, Games, Shapes, Colors, Sounds etc. Great to watch TOGETHER as a family!

Lots to Learn DVDs for pre-school aged, pre kindergarten children are great teaching videos. Each DVD in the Lots to Learn series contains spectacular real-life footage, children playing and having fun, colorful graphics, games, and fantastic toe-tapping music that’s fun for whole family sing-alongs.

My toddler absolutely loved this series! I don’t think I have ever seen her so enthralled by a show before. Her favorite by far is Buster Loves Music. Every time Buster came on the screen she would laugh and clap, and by the 3rd time watching through the show she knew who he was and said his name when he came on screen. I am so happy to see that she is learning and the whole Lots to Learn series is like that. They do a really good job at teaching kids counting, colors, the alphabet, musical instruments and Gato the Cat even counts in Spanish which I have heard my toddler repeat. I recommend this learning series to everyone who has pre-school aged children. Even my 9 year old got into the music show so it is fun for all ages. This series is really amazing. Jennifer

We watched it twice and we all loved it!! Let me start by saying that Buster was a big hit! Ryan hasnt stopped talking about when the alarm clock went off and he picked him out whenever he would pop up.

The music was awesome! I loved how you used the some of the same songs from the last one (shapes, colors & sounds, ABC, closing song etc) because Ryan recognized them from the first video and he knew what to expect when he heard the music. He makes me sing the Alphabet song every night and a lot of times he asks to sing "your" version. I think it is also helpful that between each segment you use the bells because its a good transition.

Ryan watched the whole video without being distracted. He counted the clocks and went along with the spelling exercise and called out the letters that came next (I was impressed).

My favorite part was the exercise song. It puts a fun twist on the whole tape. Kristin.

Earlier in the week I had been reading reviews on Amazon about Baby Einstein. I had never watched any of their videos. They seem to have a lot of positive reviews but about an equal share of negatives too. Someone who wrote a review mentioned Lots To Learn Childrens Videos and that they liked them so much better than Baby Einstein, so that is how I heard about you. I decided against Baby Einstein after reading the reviews for Lots To Learn at Amazon (and at your website too, of course). Amazon doesn't have too many reviews for you yet, so I will be sure to add my own reviews soon.

I have tried Baby Mozart, (the Meet the Colours) and found them brain numbing for both parents and babies. This is far superior. Very well-made and totally entrancing for little ones while teaching them on so many levels. Counting, alphabet, fantastic real life visuals, not just moving objects. Like most four year olds, he can be very picky (about everything!) and this series is his hands down favorite thing to watch. While being very entertaining, this is also a great educational experience. Our son has asked us to learn more about some of the themes touched on in this series. This dvd is very colorful and bright. The music is realy great and includes a lot of different music styles. The dvd is full of all kinds of pictures and video of things realated to animals. They cover a lot of things in 30 minutes like counting, the alphabet, matching, colors, sounds, and more. Because they cover so much, they don't spend a great deal of time on each thing. So, if you are looking for a dvd that teaches those specific things in more detail you might need something that covers it more thoroughly. But, this is a great way for your child to practice what they are learning.

When they count, a childs voice will say the number and then another younger childs voice will repeat it (they also do this with the alphabet). This gives your little one a chance to repeat the number and letter. Then they say, "That was fun. Lets do it again." The second time they count they say it in Spanish. we're helped throughout the video by "Buster" a very cute dog puppet, and Gato the Spanish speaking Cat.

They have matching and memory games (my favorite). For the memory game they will show you four items (such as 4 different kinds of animals). Then they get covered up by different colored trees. They ask if you remember where the giraffe is, etc. The child can point to the tree with the giraffe hiding under it.

My daughter is 18 months and on the cover of the video it says for ages 2 to 5. While I watched it the first time she was playing in the same room and often got up to dance to the music.

Lots To Learn is sooooo much better then most of the Baby Einstein dvd's we've watched. In Lots To Learn Nature it is so colorful that it's almost breathtaking....a real feast for your eyes. The music is varied and there are also quite a few songs with kids singing. They also sell a music cd with lyrics that has all the songs and music from the dvd. This is great, too, and you'll find yourself singing and dancing right along. The exercise song is really cute. Also check out Lots To Learn In My House and Lots To Learn: Nature.
